Your instructor for the weekend will ensure you have the right balance of keeping active and having important down time. You will be: challenged with walks up and along the rolling hills, toning with Pilates, sweating with Interval Training, and increasing your flexibility with long stretch sessions.
When it's time to rest you can choose between relaxing in the comfort of the cosy Seldom Inn, exploring the history of Harrow, Sketching sessions with artist Ron Penrose, or indulge in a massage.
Your nutrition is fully covered with clean and low processed food catered and delivered to your accommodation. You will have a range of meal options to share and enjoy.
Group bookings are a maximum of 6 people- with two double beds, two single beds and a fold out if required. The beautifully restored cottage has the mix of period charm and modern facilities. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning. The cottage is privately situated overlooking the Johnny Mullagh Reserve, and a one minute walk to the Glenelg River.
