The health and safety of residents, customers and employees is West Wimmera Shire Council’s top priority.

Our pandemic plan was activated on March 17, 2020. A new Relief Planning Group was set up to co-ordinate Council's response to COVID-10. The group comprises staff from across the organisation and external agencies.

COVID Vaccination

There is now a clear pathway for those that are eligible for vaccination at home using the state’s Disability Liaison Officers located across health services.

The Commonwealth are supporting in home vaccination service provision through their provider networks.
