Council has begun the process of developing the Edenhope Playspace Masterplan, for the five Council managed playgrounds located in Edenhope.
Council has received requests for upgrades to the current playspaces across Edenhope. The development of an Edenhope Playspace Masterplan will provide the strategic framework to guide the future development of, and investment in, playspaces in Edenhope and provide a tool to advocate for playspaces grant funding from both State and Federal governments.
The scope of this project will include the following 5 locations.
There will be a number of opportunities for the community to have input into the master planning process. The first stage of this project is a community survey which is now open and closes January 31st 2022. The survey is available on Councils website or at the Council office and seeks to understand what the community like about the current playspaces and what they would like to see.
Council is also seeking expressions of interest from interested community members to be a part of a community advisory group for this project.
