Please ensure you read and understand the conditions of hire before making a booking.

Fees and charges 

Rates apply for Community Hall, Meeting Room and Kitchen hire depending on the time the venue is required for. Rates also vary depending on the hirer's category. Categories include:

• Community: eg. private parties, dance groups, exercise and activity classes. charity groups (incorporated groups), school groups.
• Commercial: eg. ticketed events, commercial businesses

Please note: sessional rates apply to regular users only.

Bookings

To book this venue's main hall, please complete an online hall hire agreement hire. Hard copy forms are also available at Kaniva and Edenhope customer service centres.  A copy of the form can be downloaded using the link below.

Checklists and feedback forms

Following your event, please complete a checklist and feedback form and return to West Wimmera Shire Council office, along with your key.
