Edenhope and District Community Centre
The Edenhope and District Community Centre is a brand new building that was completed in 2020. The multi-use community hub can cater for any occasion or event. The building includes space for meetings, parties, classes and other social gatherings or celebrations. There is also a library inside the building, which is not available to hire.
Conditions of hire, fees and charges
Please ensure you read the Conditions of Hall Hire before making a booking. To book the main function room, activity space, meeting room or kitchen, please complete an hall hire agreement form. Hard copy forms are available at Kaniva and Edenhope customer service centres. A copy of the form can be downloaded using the link below.
Rates apply for the main function room, activity space, meeting room and kitchen hire depending on the time the venue is required for. Rates also vary depending on the hirer's category. Categories include:
- Community: eg. private parties, dance groups, exercise and activity classes, school group, charity groups (incorporated groups)
- Commercial: eg. ticketed events, commercial businesses
Please note: sessional rates apply to regular users only.
Following your event, please complete the checklist and feedback form included in the document and return to West Wimmera Shire Council office, along with the key.

Audio Visual Guide
The Edenhope and District Community Centre has a well equipped audio visual equipment in the function room, meeting room and activity space for meetings, conferences, weddings and other events.
