Join in at Windmill Corner to celebrate the official launch of the Wiregrass Heritage Trail, a community project two years in the making that shares the fascinating stories behind Percy Leason’s Wiregrass cartoons.The trail showcases the stories that shaped Victoria and provides an insight into 1920s and 1930s rural life.
6:30am - 9am ABC Wimmera broadcast live from the Windmill Cafe, speaking with many of the people who helped bring this project to life, including local business owners, authors and Percy Leason's family members.
10:30am The official launch begins
11am The first guided tour, where you'll hear the stories behind the cartoons.
