The annual report details the operations and performance of West Wimmera Shire Council each financial year. 

The Annual Report 2024 - 2025 was endorsed by Council at the meeting of 28 October 2025.

It is a comprehensive overview Council’s performance in the 2025-2026 financial year against the strategic objectives set out in the Council Plan 2025-2029(PDF, 39MB) and the Annual Budget(PDF, 5MB).
 
While Council has a statutory obligation under the Local Government Act to produce an Annual Report, it is an opportunity to demonstrate Council’s achievements and challenges with respect to service delivery, activity and performance over the past financial year.
