The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria would like to introduce mental health clinician, David Turnbull. David has been a part of the Flying Doctor Wellbeing Team since 2019 and is now available to provide free and confidential mental health and wellbeing support to people living in Edenhope.

David is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker and has a great understanding of both the challenges and the rewards of living in the bush. David has been providing mental health support to communities in the Wimmera and Loddon regions for over two years and is passionate about continuing to provide high quality mental health care to the Edenhope community.

“Understanding the challenges of living in the bush is why I am dedicated to supporting people doing it tough in rural and remote communities,” says David.

RFDS is encouraging people aged 18 years and older to reach out and make an appointment if you are experiencing:

  • Low mood or depression
  • Anxiety, persistent worry or stress
  • Relationship or family difficulties
