Last week, two craft workshops were enjoyed by a number of young participants and their families at Edenhope and Kaniva Wimmera Library campuses.

Funded by the Victorian Governments Community and Social Connection Grants in response to COVID, this is one of many ways West Wimmera Shire has conducted and funded activities to restore connection in the face of isolation created by the COVID -19 pandemic.

The workshops held, appealed to young children and their families. Clay and playdough, beads, sand art, ceramic mug painting, felt puppets and drawing were all enjoyed during the sessions. Some very colourful and artistic projects were taken home to enjoy.

It is hoped that these workshops that have been enjoyed by many, will continue into the future.
