Community Satisfaction 2021 Telephone Survey

West Wimmera Shire Council would like to inform residents that from 28 January 2021, for a period of up to three weeks, your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency known as National Field Services, a division of JWS Research.

National Field Services have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of the council as directed by Local Government Victoria.  Similar surveys will be undertaken across other Victorian councils in the coming months. The survey has been designed to assess the performance of the West Wimmera Shire Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.

The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
