Everyone in the community is welcome to attend the Beyond Dementia and Dementia Plus Community Forum and Information Session. The free event will include a keynote presentation from Geriatric Medicine Registrar Kit Ming Foo, followed by a panel of speakers covering aged care entry, aged care rights, powers of attorney, medical treatment and aged care services available in the community. Tea and coffee will be available at 3.30pm.
RSVPs are requested by 21 September to the Health and Wellbeing Hub on 5585 9830, but attendees are welcome to come along without an RSVP.
