West Wimmera Shire Council actively work to develop the local tourism industry to attract visitors to our Shire.
The purpose of this photography project is to obtain a variety of quality images that will be used to promote West Wimmera tourism offerings in various mediums.
We are calling for photographers and photography enthusiasts alike to submit their work in participation with our latest photography project.
Images will be used to promote West Wimmera as a means of raising tourist and visitor numbers to the West Wimmera Shire Region.
Images must be emotive, with a purpose of motivating people to experience all that the West Wimmera Shire offers.
We are seeking happy people, subjects that are diverse for age, family structure, culture, ethnicity and in a range of settings capturing the beauty of West Wimmera.
Photographs (in addition to showing people within the Shire) could feature natural, agricultural, cultural surrounds as well as the town and retail centre experiences.
Images required, from a variety of seasonal settings, include;

Terms and Conditions.
1.Output high resolution images will need to be supplied in digital formats appropriate for use in a variety of mediums including tourism brochures, postcards, pull-up banners, West Wimmera Tourism website, advertisements in tourism magazines, outdoor advertisements, and social media.
2. West Wimmera Shire Council are purchasing non-exclusive unencumbered rights to photos.
3. Photos containing people need to come with a permission to use images release form signed by the subject or their guardian.
4. If you would like to make a submission, please email a low-res thumbnail to tameemulraney@westwimmera.vic.gov.au along with your fee proposal (including GST status). We will advise on images that will be proceeded upon with procurement.
